I was connected to BMF through a recruiter and had a great interview with their in-house recruiter. We had a great conversation and I was told I'd be contacted with next steps, but they never reached back out to me or my recruiter despite attempts to get in touch. I was definitely excited about the opportunity because BMF seems like a great place to work, but it's strange not to receive any feedback at all. Just not sure what happened.

The interview process was very long and ongoing. I originally interviewed during my Junior year of college for a summer internship. After the interview, I didn't hear anything for months until summer had already begun and they did have the financial capacity for an intern. I reapplied for a full-time position my Senior year of college and had one phone interview. I didn't hear any news back until a week before I graduated. It was a long process and could have been better.
