The interview process took about 3 months and included 5 interviews. Feedback from HR was slow, though I guess they are hiring a lot right now. The managers were great, but the feedback process was lengthy, which was a bummer. It took so long that I ended up accepting another job offer just in case.

I was really disappointed with the recruitment process and the lack of clarity/communication by the recruiters. My interviews themselves went amazingly, the interviewers we're great and it all ended with the interviews telling me how good a fit I would be and that they looked forward to working with me. I waited for two weeks after hearing nothing, and reached out to this recruiter only to hear that they "haven't heard from them" as if asking wasn't an option. I only officially got rejected two months after the process with zero explanation. The lack of consideration in the recruitment process was appalling and I can only imagine this is something that is reflective of company culture.

It was 3 interviews with different levels of management. Smart people who ask the right questions. Would reccomend going for a job. The first interview is with HR and focused on background and additional information. The second interview is technical.
