The interview process was really thorough and moved quickly. I met with key people, they did reference checks, and I took some online assessments. They communicated everything clearly and the hiring person was super responsive. It was a great interview experience!

They don't seem to respect your time much. You go through about 6 or 7 interviews spread out over a few months, and each interview step asks pretty much the same things. They also want you to do a mock sales call that you have to prepare for on your own time. After all that, you might not even hear back for weeks. Their internal communication seems really messed up; if they treat potential hires like this, I can only imagine how they treat their actual employees. A lot of the Glassdoor reviews look fake, and the company's responses are cheesy too. Honestly, do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process lasted around five weeks. I spoke with a recruiter twice, met with two internal people, and gave a presentation to them before they made a decision. Right from the first chat with the recruiter, I could tell Blytheco was different. They focused a lot on whether I'd fit the culture, stressing that it's a top priority for them. This really set them apart from other places I'd interviewed. They genuinely care about their people. I also had a chat with the head of HR who showed me exactly how they make culture a priority. Coming from a place that didn't care about culture, this was a really good sign. Even though some people don't like doing presentations as part of the interview, I thought it was a good way to level the playing field because everyone has to do it, no exceptions. This means all new hires start out on the same page. Overall, it was a really good experience, and Blytheco actually lives up to what they say.

I was contacted by the HR Manager who was very kind and talked a lot about the job and how much I could make. They wrote down everything I said. Then I had 3 more interviews in person: two with Managers and one with the owner. They really care about teamwork. If everything goes well, they do a background check and then give me a verbal offer. Everyone was super professional and nice.
