It was a good chat, very respectful of my time and experience. They were excited to talk and open to questions, I felt comfortable asking things in the first interview that I'd normally save for the second. They also answered my questions after the fact.

I applied online and got a zoom interview with the team lead who has only been there a few months. Then I met with a company leader who discussed the owners and how the position fits into the team. Red flags were raised when they talked about the owner having an “entrepreneurial spirit”, a “big personality”, and how this role would involve working with him. I was told the job would “not be an easy job”, and I could tell because I’ve seen this position and similar ones open up multiple times in the last few years. They also mentioned this position is crucial to the Marketing department and that they’ve never had all the roles in it filled simultaneously. I was invited for an on-site interview to meet the team. However, after reading negative online reviews about the same issues, I decided to withdraw from the process to save everyone time. While everyone was professional and nice, professional relationships can only go so far if you risk working for a company with high turnover due to unaddressed issues.

I interviewed with one of the owners and she was really nice, which was a pleasant surprise given the reviews. However, the experience took a turn when I met the other owner. He asked questions that he called basic, but they really showed how unintelligent and unreasonable he is. I'd advise anyone considering this company to read the reviews and take them seriously, and watch out for their unprofessional responses.

I had a panel interview with several company employees. It was a pretty good process since it was only one interview. The questions were direct and easy to understand. Overall, it was a decent experience.
