First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Blur Studio.
3D Generalist
applied through email. They reached out right away with questions about availability. Interview was 1:1 and it was easy. She was nice, can't tell the same about others in the company. It's a mid size operation, lot's of egos around, so u can't expect everyone to get along, but there are definitely nice people around

Technical Animation Coordinator
So I had an interview for the Technical Animation Coordinator role, and it was pretty direct, focusing on what the job actually entails. The hiring manager for the department I was applying to interviewed me, and the company recruiter was also present, so it was a panel setup. They looked through my resume and asked me to introduce myself and talk about my background. I got word back about an hour after the interview.
- Can you tell me about what you did in your last role?
Technical Director
This was a nice interview. They were clear about what the job entailed and what they were looking for. The interviewers were very friendly and there was no pressure or attitude. They presented the company well and made me feel good about joining. The atmosphere was good.

The interview was exciting. This was a very comfortable and friendly process. It looks to be a very exciting place to work. I am looking forward to hearing back from them regarding this opportunity.
