There were 2 interview rounds. First was a Technical round with a Senior Software Engineer, and the second was a Techno Managerial Round with a Manager. The interview process went smoothly since I applied through campus placement. Each round lasted for 1 hour, and there was a 2-hour gap between them.

The hiring process was through college placements. It started with an aptitude test, followed by 2 interview rounds. The first round was with HR, where they asked about my background and other resume-based questions. The second round was with the MD and included questions about Blume, career growth expectations, my potential contributions, and why I'm interested in Blume.

So, first they hit me with a bunch of behavioral questions, then a behavioral assessment, and after that, I had to do some math, logic, and comprehension tests. The tests were pretty tough, not gonna lie. The behavioral part was a breeze though, mostly just talking about stuff I already put on my resume.

I got referred by Naukri.com and the process started on Oct 18. I cleared the initial three technical and managerial rounds. Then HR from Blume Global called and confirmed my notice period. I told them it's 90 days, not 45 days, which was a miscommunication between Naukri and Blume HR. I had a final HR round where I again mentioned my notice period is 90 days, negotiable to 60 days due to current responsibilities. On Nov 18, HR called saying they can offer the job if I can join in 45-60 days. On Nov 22, I called back confirming I can join in 60 days. However, Blume Global HR then introduced a new 'company policy' about offer letters needing a 30-day joining date, which was never mentioned before. While I respect company policies, it felt like a waste of time for over a month to be told this at the end, especially since it's only for immediate joiners. This should have been known to them and could have ended my process early. I was impressed with the managers and leads from the 4 interview rounds and was eager to join, but I'm sorry to say that if this is a common experience, your HR team is losing good talent.
