The interview was at my school and lasted only 20 minutes. It was a typical behavioral interview where I was asked common questions. The night before, there was a meet and greet with the interviewers and current employees. There was also a group session.

It was a good interview process. There were 3 interviews in total, 1 was on campus and the other 2 were in-house. All the interviewers were nice and made me feel comfortable. They were down to earth people. The HR department followed up really well. They told me when I would hear back and then they got back to me sooner than they said. After I accepted, I got a welcome gift, which I thought was awesome and made me feel even better about my choice to join them.

The interview process was quick. It started with two people, then moved to a panel with partners. Everyone was friendly and approachable. The HR team was easy to communicate with, and the offer was sent by email. There was no flexibility in negotiating the offer.

There was a meet and greet the day before, I didn't go but it might help. The interview itself was about 25 minutes long, even though it was scheduled for 30. It was pretty conversational and I had a good time.
