I had a phone interview for the Digital Marketing Manager position, but unfortunately, there was no follow-up, which was a bit of a waste of my time. They mentioned they would follow up, so it would be good to have someone accountable for that part of the process, especially since it's a small company and that shouldn't be an issue.

They found me on LinkedIn and we had a phone chat. Then I went in for an in-person interview the next week, and followed up with a third interview a couple of weeks later. Everything went really well, and they kept me updated throughout the whole process about what to expect and when I'd hear back.

I heard back about an interview within a week or two. The interview itself was okay, although the interviewer was late and admitted she was just then reading my resume. After that, I moved on to a writing test. I finished the test within 24 hours but didn't hear anything back. A week later, I followed up to see if they needed more. Still no reply. Two weeks after that, I followed up again asking for feedback to help me improve. No response, which I found really unprofessional. The only communication I got from Bluleadz after the writing test directions was... well, nothing.
