I was first contacted by a recruiter, then had a phone interview with them. After that, I interviewed with the hiring manager by phone, and then met them in person. Next, I spoke with the hiring manager's manager on the phone. They asked for references and then I had to do a presentation. After the presentation, I met with the hiring manager's manager again in person and was told I'd hear back that week. After a few follow-ups over calls and emails, it took 3 weeks for them to decide they couldn't hire someone from outside their firm. It was a long process, but it gave me insight into their decision-making.

Went to the Open House at Bluewolf, met people from different departments and liked the company atmosphere. Emailed HR right after and again a week later. No response for 4 weeks. HR sent an apology email saying she thought I had been interviewed already. Had an interview with 4 different people, mostly talking about my personality. Sent a follow-up email after the interview multiple times. No response or rejection email received.

I had to go though six interviews with BlueWolf for an entry level job. It all began with a phone interview and then five (yes five) in person 1:1 interviews. The final interviews consisted of me meeting with the CEO, and some of the average employees from the sales floor. One of the guys asked me if I played any sports when I was in high school. There is definitely an overall sense of the "good ol' boy" atmosphere throughout. I was told that I would be informed of the company's hiring decision either way and was never contacted.
