started with a recruiter chat, then a case study that took a few rounds, and then the final interviews. It was a typical process where you move up and interview with people higher up. The questions got more behavioral as you progressed. The case study part had about 2-3 rounds based on the package.
- Can you tell me about yourself and how you arrived at this point?
- What draws you to the field of consulting?

A recruiter reached out about my interest in the role. I confirmed my interest, and she set up a screening call. The recruiter was great, really informative. The call was about an hour, and she immediately scheduled a full interview with the hiring director. A few days later, she emailed about a scheduling conflict and rescheduled. Then, right before the new call, she emailed AGAIN asking to reschedule. Right before that call, they emailed saying they decided to pause interviews and closed the req. While the recruiter was nice, the director's constant double-booking and making candidates feel unimportant was unprofessional. It gave a really negative impression of the employer.

The hiring journey had three parts. First, I got a recruiter call after networking with someone who passed my resume along, which seems like a really good way to get in since I've heard about others getting hired through referrals. The call was about 30 minutes, with usual questions about my experience and why I'm interested in Bluewolf/Salesforce. No surprises there, and I was moved to the next stage right away. They told me the next step would involve a Salesforce demo and presentation that I'd need to do two weeks later. Second, my next interview was a requirements gathering call with a consultant, focused on the Salesforce demo. We did a role-playing exercise where I had to ask her about a case, and then we went into behavioral and experience questions. The final round was an in-person meeting lasting an hour. Half of it was for fit assessment and the other half for my presentation. Fit seems super important to them, as it should be. This round was with a manager and two consultants, which made for a good discussion. The presentation itself wasn't too tough; I had a PPT and my demo ready, but they were checking my Salesforce knowledge. The time between the first two interviews was short and moved fast, but the wait for an offer after the final round was pretty slow due to some internal hiring approvals. They kept me updated, though, which was good, but I wish it had been quicker.
- Regarding my Salesforce demo, can you tell me about specific solutions the system can handle?
