First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at BlueWater Federal Solutions.
Technical Writer
The interview process was straightforward and respected my time and experience. No unreasonable curve balls or pointless follow-up interviews. It started with a phone screening, then an interview with the team, and finally an offer by phone. Everybody was nice and webcam was not needed.
- What are you looking for in a role?
IT Support
The interview process was easy and welcoming. It felt like a conversation in the middle, and we clicked almost immediately. It was easily one of the best interviews I've ever had with a company. I would recommend anyone to apply at blue water federal solutions.
- What are your 5-year career aspirations?
Mobile & Web Applications Developer
Had a phone interview that was mostly behavioral, then an in-person interview with the team. The team was really nice and made me feel comfortable. They were helpful when I got stuck on a question, giving hints or letting me move on.
- Can you describe an instance where you were unable to find an answer to a problem through online resources, and what steps did you take to resolve it?
Recruiting Coordinator
I had 2 phone interviews and then a final in-person interview. Everyone was really nice and it felt more like a casual chat than a formal interview. They mainly asked questions to get to know me and my interests and skills, rather than standard interview questions.
- Tell me about your previous role.
- What prompted your departure from your last job?
- Are you familiar with this recruiting program?
