I had a half-hour phone interview, then an hour-long one with the hiring manager and two other team members. After that, I met with the President and another manager for an hour. Everything seemed to go well, but I never heard back, which was disappointing as I expected some sort of follow-up, even if it was just to say I wasn't selected.

It was a super simple process, starting with an HR chat, then an interview focused on my specific skills for the department, and finally a meeting with leadership. The whole thing felt pretty laid-back and to the point. All the initial chats and screenings were done via phone or Microsoft Teams. Then, there was one in-person meeting with the leadership team at their Portland office.

The VP/Director of Engineering reached out to me. They discussed the role, inquiring about my background with x, y, and z. Following that, they mentioned the lead front end developer would connect for further discussion.
