First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bluetext.
Intern
After some back and forth via email with one of the project managers, we scheduled a phone interview. It ended up being about 30 minutes with 4-5 people on the phone, but it felt pretty casual. They were all really nice and welcoming.

Designer
I sent an email about a summer internship and they responded to set up a phone interview. I talked with the intern manager and some designers on a group phone call. It was super casual and friendly.
- Tell me about the design programs you are familiar with.
- What about our company interests you?
- What are you hoping to gain from this internship if you are hired?
Public Relations Specialist
They were looking for someone with great writing and creative abilities, who could be developed into a client-facing role. It was a good experience. Definitely ask about the company culture.
- Which writing areas do you excel in?
- Do you prefer working in a team or independently?
- Can you share some examples of successful pitches you've made?
