First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bluestone Properties.
Sales Assistant
It was a really good experience with great, professional people. They presented their company well. I didn't get an offer, but overall it was a really good experience. The office was nice and they did a good job explaining the role. I liked the people. It's a great place, I recommend applying, but they don't have openings often.
- Can you share an instance where you dealt with a challenging customer?
- Describe the process of creating a spreadsheet.
Leasing Consultant
The interview was a group thing and pretty short. The property manager asked me about my future plans with the company and to tell them a bit about myself. Then the leasing consultant who was leaving gave me a tour and I got to ask some questions. Afterwards, they all talked about my questions from the tour and my general impression.
- What are your future aspirations with our company?
Property Manager
The interview process involved many questions specific to the property, along with some general ones. They asked about current employees and my plans for the first 30 days. It felt casual but still structured, with two interviewers. Make sure you're ready to discuss the specific property you're interviewing for.
- Did you get to tour the property and what were your observations?
- What did you observe during your visit to the property?
Assistant Community Manager
I interviewed with the property manager for a role, but also for a leasing manager or maintenance lead/assistant role. The property manager had to get confirmation from the management company, but their choice was the main factor.
- Were the questions difficult?
