It was like three phone interviews, each was about an hour. After those, I had to fly out to their HQ in Scottsdale, AZ. Then I had three more interviews back to back, each about an hour. The whole thing took ages, like a week between each interview. It seemed tough at first, but the interviewers were super nice and it felt more like a chat than an interview. A lot of the questions were repeated.

My interviewer was really nice and smiled when I came in. I felt less nervous talking with them, and it felt like I was already on the team. A serving job is easy if you're friendly, polite, and professional.

It was a pretty simple process. Just a quick chat with management and some basic interview questions. Pretty much what you would expect for this kind of job. It was mostly about seeing if I was responsible. I was in high school and they asked me about how my work habits related to my classes.

It was a very easy process. The manager kept trying to offer me more money, and I had to prompt her to check with the executive director about my salary expectations. She eventually stated her budget is $18/hour, and the manager seemed upset with the executive director for asking me what it would take to get me hired.
