I got reached out by a lead directly to schedule interviews, and I set up three interviews back to back using a Calendly link. Each one went well, and the interviewers seemed to like me and told me I passed and was moving on. After the third interview, I didn't hear anything for over a week, even though the last interviewer said they would tell the next interviewer to send me a link for the next interview. Since there was no recruiter, I asked the interviewers for an update. Instead of a response, I got a generic rejection email with no explanation. I followed up a few times but never got any feedback. I'd be careful interviewing here because it felt like a waste of time, and they didn't communicate well.

I applied online for the SRE role at blueshift. There were 4 rounds in total, with 3 being purely technical. The interview difficulty was higher than what was stated in the job description. They asked me to write code, and also asked questions about Linux administration, cloud, and automation. The final round was an HR interview with standard HR questions. Despite multiple reschedules and over a month passing after the interviews, they ultimately did not extend an offer.

Had like two tech rounds with a senior person and the manager. Then a cross-team tech round with someone from the dev team. After that, a VP round where we talked about overall stuff, vision, and goals. Finished with an HR round for background and general HR questions. It took about a month and a half with all the different stages, but then I heard back that the position was put on hold.

The interview process involved about 5 to 6 technical rounds. Some of these rounds included a mix of technical, managerial, and behavioral aspects. The initial round was a screening where my logic, algorithms, and Javascript skills were assessed. Subsequent rounds also featured coding questions. Overall, the interview experience was quite good and presented a higher level of difficulty compared to typical service-based companies.
