The process had 5 rounds: first, a recruiter screen, then a chat with the hiring manager, followed by interviews with three people from the wider marketing team. It was a really smooth, professional, and well-organized process overall. Blueprint uses a rating card system for each interview to keep things structured and consistent for all candidates. Everyone I talked to was nice, clear about the job and what's expected, and seemed genuinely interested in having a real conversation. The recruiter was always on time with communication, and the interviews felt more like working together than being grilled. It gave me a good feel for Blueprint’s culture and how they value working across different teams.

It was a pretty straightforward process with virtual interviews that had video prompts. Then there was a mock tutoring session. They really looked at my knowledge of the subject and how I teach. Everything was super clear so I knew what to expect. The hiring manager was really nice, answered all my questions, and was easy to reach.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Conduct a mock tutoring session during the live interview.
