The interview process was pretty easy. First, there was a recruiter screen where they mostly sold me on the job and described the project this role is for. Then, the hiring manager interview involved typical questions about my experience and what I've done in the past related to the project this role would join.

So, first, there was an initial phone screen, and then I had an interview with two people who are in the same position as the one I applied for. Then I had what I thought was the final interview, but then I was told I wasn't selected for that round, but would be submitted again in the next round. I didn't hear back for over a month and a half. Then I got another email saying they were resubmitting me for the role. I was told I had one more final interview, and then after that, I was processed to be told I had ANOTHER final interview. So there were a total of 3 "final interviews." There was no feedback throughout the whole process, and then I got an automated email saying they were proceeding with my application? It's been the most unprofessional and confusing interview process I've ever experienced, with no real feedback.

Got contacted by a helpful and nice recruiter via email. We emailed back and forth, then spoke on the phone, emailed again to set up the in-person interview. At the interview, there was a manager and the recruiter. I had to do a task that involved responding to and translating something. We also talked about the job, my background, and past experience related to the role. The whole process was professional and made me eager to join. The office itself was modern, clean, and had a great kitchen and other amenities.

I only got to the phone screening. The interviewer wasn't technical and spoke super fast, barely letting me get a word in unless they asked a direct question. Their tech questions were weird, asking me to rate my skill on concepts from 1-10. Like, how do you rate skill on a concept? I tried to question the interviewer, but they just kept going and asked the same questions. I should've asked what 1 and 10 meant, but I was really thrown off by how fast they were talking, even though English is my first language.
