I applied through a temp service and got a call from the department manager the next day. The day after that, I had an interview with the manager and a supervisor. They asked regular questions and some unusual ones to see my creativity and how I handle surprises. There was an issue with the temp service because the person handling my application got fired, so I didn't find out about the job offer until a few days after I was supposed to, but I started working there within two weeks of the first call.

The hiring process was pretty straightforward, I applied through a temp agency. The interview itself was pleasant, professional, and not difficult. I didn't feel like I was being grilled, but they did cover all the necessary points. I remember having two interviews, both with managers from the department I was applying to. They seemed to take turns asking questions and were both friendly and polite. It was actually a really nice experience. I kind of wish I had stayed working in that department.

The work culture here is chaotic and seems to be in a constant state of panic. The interviewer seemed unusually proud that they work long hours and that the chain of command is strictly followed, except when an upper-level manager decides to publicly berate you.
