I interviewed with BlueForce for a role that was contingent on contract award with INL. It was clear from the job description that it wasn't an immediate hire but a future possibility. They were upfront about everything during the interview. The recruiter was communicative and set realistic expectations.

ESL Instructor
They set up large interviews in places like London or Houston. The agencies are the ones hiring for these jobs, which are contract-based and can be renewed each year. You won't be directly hired by Aramco. Three representatives will be present during the interview. After your interview, they'll tell you if you've been hired within a couple of hours. If you get the job, you sign the contract right away.

Spoke to someone on the phone briefly and got an offer right after. A few weeks later, I got airfare to go to Texas in early 2016.
