Account Manager
I was ghosted after flying through all rounds of interview. I was neither given an offer nor rejected. First round of friendly catch up was with Vazken with whom had a great conversation, and he explained me all rounds of interview and what to expect. I had two back to back rounds of interview with the hiring manager Antje who provided good feedback and was very particular about reporting to a lady boss which I had no problem. Three more rounds of interview with senior sales team which was to the point and each of the panel members gave me good feedback. I was told there will be an offer discussion round in a week. That was the last conversation. After multiple followups, I was never provided a feedback.
- Can you share your experience?
- What's your approach to managing challenging client interactions?
- Would you be comfortable reporting to a female manager?
Technical Account Manager
The interview process was really straightforward and you can tell pretty quickly if it's a good match for you. There's a lot of ego at this company though. If you're interviewing here, I'd say trust your gut if you get a weird feeling after the first round of interviews. The online reviews won't mention this, but this company is only for certain types of people. From what I've read online, top management seems to want innovative and creative people who will push their boundaries, but the lower management isn't really on the same wavelength.
- How do you plan to balance school and work at this company?
Technical Account Manager
I had three phone interviews and then a 3-hour interview at their HQ. The first phone call was a recruiter screening to see if my skills matched the job description. The second was with the hiring manager, who asked a lot of tough behavioral questions, focusing on customer-facing experience. The third was a technical interview covering all levels of questions about DNS, DHCP, and Linux administration. The final interview was at their HQ in Toronto, where I met with the group senior manager, the hiring manager, and the corporate VP.
- They asked all levels of questions regarding DNS, DHCP and Linux administration questions during the technical interview.
