Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at BlueCat.
Account Executive
Homeoffice is approved, but there was hostility between units because one unit makes more money than the others, which became clear in the second interview. In the last interview, the fear of future colleagues was extremely noticeable, and the company exploited it... employees exhibit self-damaging behavior... Why wasn't it clear to me.
- What does resilience mean to you?
- Why us?
- Why work with us?
Account Executive
I applied over 2 months ago and the recruiter thought I was the ideal candidate and said he would set up the next steps. Then nothing at all, even until now. I have reached out several times and still no response. Yet, I see the position posted continuously on Glassdoor. Very unprofessional.
- Can you tell me about your previous experience selling BlueCat?
Enterprise Account Executive
I had some lunch meetings and phone calls. I met with a lot of the department heads and my direct manager a few times. It wasn't an overly tough interview process, but it was definitely helpful to learn about the technology before starting.
- Can you share a memorable success you experienced?
- Can you share a memorable failure you experienced?
