Product Manager
Had an HR screening, then a 3-on-1 phone interview, followed by a 1-on-1 phone interview. After that, there was a 2-on-1 in-person interview, and then an informal 2-on-1 chat with the team. They really care about company culture and were upfront about the job expectations. They want someone who can learn and work hard. If they like you, they'll let you know quickly or offer you the job right then.

Account Executive
I put in my application and then Glenn, a Talent Acquisition Manager, reached out. He sent a link for me to schedule a call to chat about me and the role. We talked for about 30 minutes, and he wanted to get to know me to see if I'd fit the company vibe. He seemed really into the company's direction. Instead of normal questions, he asked things that made me think about myself. He was good about my time and explained the next steps and when I'd hear back. About two weeks later, I got connected with the VP of Sales for a video call. The VP was super excited about building a team and was really clear about what's needed to succeed and what they're looking for. He shared his vision for the team and future opportunities. It was very direct, and I liked his honesty. He then invited me to the next step: an interview and presentation with the VP and CEO. Glenn kept me in the loop the whole time, so I always knew what was happening. The last part was in person at the office. They took turns asking me questions about my sales experience, work ethic, and integrity. I did a presentation, which was a demo of my current company, but I could have presented their company instead. After that, they asked a few more questions and said I'd hear back by the end of the week. I did hear back, but they wanted me to talk to someone else, who would be my direct report. I was a bit surprised since I thought I was done. But after talking to them on the phone, I realized it was important because we'd be working together, and it was good to see if we'd click. Ultimately, I chose BlueCart because the interview process was professional and thorough. I think I made a good decision. I got the offer the following Monday. I then went to a week-long training at their main office. I met everyone there, which I think is super important.
- What does 'GRIT' mean to you?
- What makes you a good candidate for this position?
SEO Content Marketing Writer
The first interview was about 45 minutes long. Applicants should be aware that you will be screensharing to show examples of content you've written. After sending my portfolio to the person I interviewed with, I heard back a couple weeks later through a LinkedIn alert. Since I followed up with the person who interviewed, I thought it was a bit unprofessional to send me a LinkedIn notification, especially after spending 45 minutes on a Zoom call and since we already had an email correspondence. This was a red flag to me. I would put your efforts in a company who values their applicants time.

Sales Development Representative
Spoke to the HR Head who seemed nice and mentioned good company culture, but then I was ghosted. This makes me think about the actual company culture. They really need to improve their candidate experience.
- Can you walk me through your previous experience?
- What differentiates you from other Sales Development Representatives?
