First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bluebird Network.
Account Executive
The hiring process involves meeting with the Recruiter first, then the Hiring Manager, followed by other Sales People, and finally Upper Management. The Recruiter will ask about your basic background information, quotas, and attainment. The main thing the hiring manager wants to know is how many calls you can log in the CRM daily.
- Do you have any issues with commuting downtown to our office each day?
- Do you have any issues with logging 60 calls per day?
Network Planner
The interview process was pretty quick, efficient, and the people were friendly. The job description was a bit different from the online posting but focused on the right things. They discussed expectations and what kind of personalities would fit in with the culture.
- Can you tell me about your network planning experience?
Marketing Coordinator
The interview process started with calls over the phone and then moved to Teams. The HR rep handled the initial vetting and stayed in communication throughout. Everything went smoothly, appearing to be a standard interview process. There were some last-minute schedule changes required, which I understood given the demands of scheduling with higher-level employees. However, just 20 minutes before the fourth and final interview, I received an email from the recruiter stating that the position was being filled internally and that they had 'just found out.' This final communication really highlighted issues with internal practices and organization; it was quite unusual and unprofessional.
- Can you describe your previous work experience in relation to the requirements of this position?
NOC Engineer
There were three interviews in total. First, a phone screening, then two main interviews. The second one was with my supervisor and was super technical, where I had to show my experience and answer a bunch of questions about my resume. The last interview was with the CEO and it was really chill, more like a chat than a formal interview. All in all, it was a pretty good experience.
- Can you tell me about a time you troubleshooted a really complex ticket? What was the issue and how did you fix it?
