The interview process was great. Although there were several rounds of interviews, everyone I met was kind and spoke well about the company, culture, and people. Some of the questions were based around talent and skill, however, some of the conversations were based more around me as a person which made it seem that culture fit was just as important as competencies.

The interview setting was very professional. We had two technical interview rounds and one management interview round. The interviews were done via video conference. Technical questions focused on Spring and Angular, and puzzles involved logical reasoning. Experience with AWS would be beneficial as some questions touched on that area.

The recruiter I worked with was great, very relational and made the process straightforward and smooth. It took less than a month from start to finish, and I enjoyed interviewing with everyone. People seemed genuinely excited about the company's future.
