I got connected via an external recruiter, so we had a first call, then an interview with the hiring manager, and then two more with other team members. Since it was a remote hire, all interviews were on Teams. This whole thing wrapped up in about 2 weeks.

Had a first phone call interview. They asked some basic questions like what I knew about the company, my strengths and weaknesses, and went over my resume and specific skills for the position. The interviewer was nice and answered my questions thoroughly. It lasted about 15 minutes.

There were three interviews. First, I spoke with a recruiter. Then, I had an interview with the hiring manager. Finally, I met with the head of strategy, and another hiring manager was also on the call. They asked a lot of questions, probably around 20-30. It felt like it went well, but they never got back to me after the last interview.

It was a laid back chat, basically just getting to know the candidate. They asked about future goals, hobbies, and how I approach work-life balance. Also a standard 'tell me about yourself'.
