The interview was very nice. I spoke with two front desk managers, and then HR asked me a couple of questions.
- What are your career aspirations for the next year and five years?
Registered Nurse
I liked that the interview happened in a private room with management. Amaris Balkus interviewed me and she was so nice and welcoming. She has been with Blue Water Spa for 11 years, which says a lot about how they treat their staff.
- Can you tell me why you were interested in Blue Water Spa?
- What skills do you possess that would benefit your department?
- What would you consider to be your strengths?

I saw an ad on Craigslist and they got in touch a few days later to set up an interview for the next day. When I arrived, they handed me a 5-page questionnaire with all the typical interview questions that I had to write out, which took about 30 minutes. After I finished, the office manager interviewed me very briefly in an exam room, maybe 10 minutes. She seemed to look down on me the whole time and it was uncomfortable. She said I'd hear back within a week, but I never did. I tried calling and emailing, but got no response. I guess I wasn't good enough.
- Could you tell me about your greatest strengths?
- And what about your greatest weaknesses?
- Are you able to work night shifts?
