So, the interview process was pretty standard stuff. First up, I had a chat with HR, but we didn't even talk about salary, which was a bit odd. Then, the next two interviews were all about checking if I had the right skills, using those typical behavioral questions. After the last one, I never heard back from them at all. I get that companies sometimes pick someone else, but not even a quick email to let me know is a bad look. It really doesn't seem very professional or like they respect people's time. When you look at other reviews and see similar things about how they treat people, it makes you wonder if it would have been a good place to work anyway.

I got a call from the hiring manager to set up a virtual interview. They didn't ask any preliminary questions about salary expectations or anything like that. When I interviewed with the director, they didn't ask any questions about my experience. Mostly, they just talked about their own work history and how the private equity firm is pushing them to grow the team, but they're struggling to find the right people.

Had a few rounds of interviews, talking to different workgroups. It started with a 30-minute video call with the recruiter. Then I interviewed with the manager I'd be reporting to. After that, I met with the Head of Product and some managers from teams I'd be collaborating with closely. The subsequent interviews were about 45 minutes to an hour long.

Behavioral Technical

It was a pretty standard process. I first heard from a recruiter, and then I had two virtual interviews. The hiring manager I spoke with wasn't very professional during the interview, which was a bit of a turn-off. He was wearing what looked like a T-shirt and seemed unkempt.
