I had a video interview with the hiring manager, it was about an hour. Then, another initial interview with the team lead, also about an hour. I don't think either of them went that far though.

This was by far the most inconsiderate and unprofessional interview process I've ever encountered. The leadership seemed uninterested during interviews, and the junior staff weren't much better. While I didn't receive an offer, I'm actually glad because of the experience. Be cautious about what you submit for the interview assignment; I suspect they may have taken my idea. It's an awful company, so proceed with caution.

This company's interview process was really unprofessional and inconsiderate. I had to chase the HR team for updates at every step because they were so slow to respond. As of now, I'm still waiting for feedback on a take-home assignment I finished almost three weeks ago. It's a terrible look for a company that claims to have certain values. I'd tell anyone who cares about their time to avoid them. It was a shocking display of incompetence and really shows what's wrong with the job market right now.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was pretty long and annoying. It had 3 interviews and a take-home assignment which took me a lot of time. First, a recruiter called me for about 15 minutes to talk about my skills and the role. Then, an Accounts Manager interviewed me about the role and my experience. After that, I had to do a take-home assignment that really showed my skills as a project coordinator. Later, there were two 45-minute interviews with two people each, where they asked a lot of behavioral questions, some of which were repetitive. I answered using the STAR method. I felt good about the interviews, but then things got weird. The recruiter told me there were scheduling issues and I had to wait for a final interview. This wait went on for weeks. It was frustrating because they had me prepare references and get this far. Instead of rejecting me, they just kept telling me to wait, which was a waste of my time. Finally, late on a Friday, they told me they had offered the job to someone else. I was surprised and found it a bit funny after waiting for three weeks for nothing.
