It was a quick and easy process, no problems and the employer treated the employee well. It didn't take long, and the person was flexible. I recommend working there, good treatment and company.

Applied online and heard back from HR about a phone interview about a week later. A few days after that, I had an in-person interview. HR communication was slow, but I met with people from 5 different departments during a 3-hour interview. They showed me around, and everyone was friendly and seemed interested. I sent follow-up emails after each meeting and waited for a response. They said I'd hear back in 3 business days, but I didn't. When I emailed them, they said they chose other candidates. Like some reviews mentioned, I felt ghosted. My advice is to apply, but don't get your hopes up for a reply. It was a frustrating experience, and I'm disappointed they didn't follow up properly.

Behavioral Technical

I first connected with them through university recruiting. Later, I had a phone interview with both the Head of Technical Direction and the Head of Research and Engineering. Since it was before COVID, they flew me out for in-person interviews with various teams. They asked me about my past experiences and also threw in some technical questions. After that, HR reached out with an offer.

Even though I applied for a production engineer intern role, the recruiter set up an R&D intern interview. There were 2 phone interviews in total. We discussed projects from my resume in the first one. The second interview focused on a particular project, and they asked about its technical details.
