Got contacted within 24 hours after applying. The recruiter was super helpful, managing the whole process and keeping me updated on interviews and timelines. I interviewed with two clinical folks and the hiring manager, and they were all really nice and easy to talk to.

I spoke with a Recruiter first who seemed a bit lost with some of the terms on my resume. I had to clarify that I do know HEDIS and everything that involves. Then, I interviewed with a great Manager who was a breath of fresh air. After that, I had a panel interview with two members of her team. Only one of them smiled, and they mainly asked behavioral questions. It didn't seem like they fully grasped my previous role, as I had to ask them multiple times if they knew what MRRV was, with one saying no and the other rolling her eyes. Unfortunately, I didn't get the job, although I felt I performed well given the interviewers.

I did a number of informational interviews through my network and I applied to a few jobs through the website. I got referred for one of the positions I applied for on the website. I got a call from a recruiter, then I had a phone conversation with the hiring manager, then they called me in to interview in person with the hiring manager. This all took about 2 months...so it was NOT a fast process. In the end, they cancelled the job.
