The interview process was quite long, mainly because the hiring team wasn't fully ready. The recruiters were really nice to deal with, and the interviews themselves were well-executed, with interviewers always being prepared. However, there was a lot of rescheduling, which really stretched out the timeline. After I joined, I realized the hiring manager had definitely oversold the role, using a bit of a bait-and-switch tactic.

Behavioral Case

The whole thing took about 3 months. A recruiter hit me up on LinkedIn and mentioned 2 product roles. I interviewed with 8 people in total, 2 at a time, at the Oakland office. A week later, I got a case study to do. Everyone was super professional, asking about my past experiences and general behavioral stuff. Honestly, it was the best interview experience I've had so far!
