It's a video interview that you record yourself answering the questions, there are about six to seven questions in total. Most questions are about your career path and one to two are behavioral. The hardest part is that you can't interact with the interviewers because it's a recording.

This is a great opportunity for students new to the workforce who want to get their start and gain some experience in an academic setting. Overall, it was a really positive experience and I'd suggest it to anyone wanting to learn more.

It was two phone interviews, and each had about three questions. The questions covered things from your resume, behavioral stuff, and situational questions. The interviewers were friendly and nice.
