First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Blue Rhino.
Customer Service Representative
I applied online and then had a phone interview. A week later, I had an in-person interview, and then a week after that, they offered me the job over the phone. It was a really smooth and easy process.
- What is your understanding of our brand?
- What do you know regarding the parent company?
Cylinder Driver
First there was a face interview, then a road test, a physical ability test, and a skill test. If you passed all those tests, you'd wait to hear back about the start dates. After that, there's a week of classroom training, followed by a week of on-road training with a driver.
- Tell me about yourself and why you want to join our company.
- What's your driving experience?
- Are you capable of making deliveries to customers?
Helpdesk Support
We exchanged emails for a few days, during which the interviewer or agency acted as a go-between, relaying info and job specifics. We set up a first video call, and I was told a second interview, if it happened, would be in person at the company. The video call was a relaxed one-on-one with the person I'd been emailing. It lasted about 20 minutes. Ultimately, I couldn't take the job because of where I live.
- Are you willing to relocate?
Assembly Line Worker
the interview was very easy, a quick walk-through of the whole facility. I got to meet some employees and other managers who showed me some things that will be hard and some that will be easy. They showed me the base pay and then I was free to go.
- What would your former manager say about you?
- How are your work skills?
