Analyst Intern
Interviewing for the BSP team was very straightforward, one casual interview then another more formal with a more senior member. Only behavioral questions. I had another interview set up but it ended up getting cancelled. Knowing someone working there is a huge plus to get in the door.
- Why do you think you are the right candidate and what can you bring to the table?
- What contributions will you make?
Administrative Assistant
The interview process was really thorough. I had three initial interviews with people in the department, and then a final in-person interview. For the final one, I was in a conference room and it felt like a speed dating thing with several employees interviewing me. The virtual ones were chill, but the final one in person was a bit intimidating.
- Can you explain how your past experience relates to this role?
- What personal qualities do you have that will enable you to succeed at our company?
Investor Operations
The interview process was pretty straightforward since I had prior experience. It felt like a lateral move, so the daily tasks were familiar. The first person I spoke with was friendly and easy to chat with. The second person's main focus seemed to be on my knowledge of the company website, which has little to do with work ethic. I followed up to ask about the status of my application and heard nothing back, which isn't very professional. I should have at least received a response.

Barista
I recently had the privilege of sitting down with Sarah Johnson, a seasoned data analyst with over six years of experience in the industry. Sarah provided valuable insights into the evolving landscape of data analysis, emphasizing the importance of adaptability and continuous learning. Our discussion covered a range of topics, from technical skills to the role of data in decision-making processes within organizations. Overall, Sarah's expertise and enthusiasm for her work were truly inspiring.
- Can you tell me about your technology experience?
