The interviewer seemed jealous and threatened by other attractive women. When the Founder joined, they asked one more question after complimenting something (I can't recall if it was my perfume or something else) and then ended the interview abruptly. It was a terrible experience.

I'd never worked for this company before, but I went through the first stage of their interview process. I had seen the bad reviews on Glassdoor beforehand, but figured it was worth a shot. It was a group interview that lasted a full hour, but each person only got a few minutes to introduce themselves. The hiring manager did most of the talking, about 90% of the time, and didn't really explain the job. It seemed more like a sales role than anything else, but I'm not totally sure because his description was really vague. During the interview, someone interrupted him and told everyone that this job is a scam and they shouldn't waste any more time applying. They warned everyone about the Glassdoor reviews and said the company keeps a close eye on them. I didn't stick around much longer after that; the whole interview felt a bit suspicious, and I wasn't able to ask or answer any questions.

It was a quick interview process. I had two interviews with two different people. They don't really care about your past experience, they just want to get to know you as a person. They give you a brief overview of the job in the first interview. If you make it to the second interview, it's pretty much the same as the first, but they're checking to see if you paid attention to what was said.

The hiring manager will receive a lot of resumes for the open position, and will pick out the most qualified, organized and relevant ones. Those that pass this initial screening might be asked for more documents, to schedule a phone interview, or to come in for an in-person interview. This is a 3 round process.
