It was a really straightforward process, with questions that actually relate to the job. You just need to know your stuff and be able to explain how you'd fix problems. If you have some experience, you'll probably be fine.

Extremely difficult. They don't seem interested in listening to the employee, they charge a lot and pay little. Bad hours, bad day, bad boss, difficult location to access. The dynamic was very tough, I felt they weren't interested in listening to the participants.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process took a really long time, like almost 2 months from start to finish. They mentioned that if I got the job, I'd have to work on-site with a client all week, Monday to Friday. After a bunch of calls, some interviews, and a final in-person meeting with the CEO, they just stopped responding. Never heard back or got any kind of explanation.

I went through 5 interviews, and then they ghosted me. All I got back was a standard rejection email over a month later. It felt super disrespectful to the candidates. One interviewer didn't even show up for our scheduled interview. When we rescheduled, they didn't apologize or mention missing the original time, and then they straight up said, “I don’t know why I am interviewing you.” They also cursed twice during the interview. It was a really rough experience trying to make conversation with someone who clearly lacked people skills and didn't want to be there.
