I went through two rounds of interviews with Blue Man Productions. In both, I met with several managers from the team. They were direct and friendly. They talked a lot about the company culture and values, which was nice.

I met with over 6 people, including my 2 potential managers. Then, I got a tour of the company. I already knew someone who worked there and used to hang out with them sometimes.

Behavioral Technical

I first met with HR who had screened a lot of resumes, and mine was one of three that got to the top. Then I came back for another interview with my potential supervisor and the HR Manager. The HR Manager did the intros, gave the supervisor a quick background on me and how the first interview went. Then the Supervisor talked about the job and my day-to-day duties. They asked about my competence and comfort level with those duties and probed into my past experiences, looking for connections to the role. It was a nice experience overall.
