First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Blue Link Wireless.
Sales Representative
The interview went well. They asked me about myself and my life goals. They said to just be myself and not overthink anything. Also, they advised not to be afraid to be open about why I want to work there.
- Tell me about your sales industry experience.
Sales Representative
The recruitment team took a while to get back to me. I had to go through 3 interviews to get the job. I liked the company, but the hiring process needs improvement since it's a third-party recruiter.
- Is this your first time working for a wireless company?
Sales Manager
The second interviewer was really unprofessional. This was for a sales position in SF. I wouldn't want to work with someone like that. The location was totally empty when I arrived, and there didn't seem to be much customer traffic (and since it's commission with a low base, high traffic is important for making money).
- Can you tell me about your sales management experience?
Sales Associate
The interview went okay, but the application process was weird. It involved talking to an AI chatbot and then taking a strange personality test with AI-generated images. It felt off and impersonal.
- What makes you a good fit for this role?
