I got there a little early, filled out a simple form and gave them my resume. Didn't wait too long, maybe 5 minutes. Then, I was greeted and taken to a conference room for the interview. The hiring manager was really nice and outgoing. It was a good interview with easy questions.

The interview process involved 3 rounds and moved quickly. I didn't have to wait long between interviews. My first interview was with management, and they asked me to come back the next morning for the second interview. Later that same day, I had my third round interview, also with management. It was a fast and thorough process.

It was a really quick, brief, and honest interview. Not difficult at all. Be honest with them, and they'll be honest with you. Just make sure you're ready for a real commitment! It's going to be a smooth 5-minute interview. If they think you're a good fit, they'll have you do an in-field shadow interview that lasts a whole day.
