The interview process was quite pleasant and not intimidating at all. They asked about 8 to 10 questions, mostly based on scenarios. I answered truthfully and ended up getting an offer.
- Why do you believe you are the most suitable candidate for this position?
Analytics Manager
First, you have to do an online behavioral and cognitive assessment using Predictive Index (PI). After that, there's an initial Teams interview with Talent Acquisition and the hiring manager. It was a pretty standard interview with typical questions, and they explained the role. We had some sound issues on Teams, and even though I was well-prepared and have a good technical background and have used Teams many times before, they seemed to not like the issue, even though it wasn't my fault. I don't recommend interviewing here.
- Can you tell me about a time you managed a similar project?
Social Media Intern
I had an in-person interview with the marketing team. It was a really positive experience – everyone was professional and kind, and the vibe was super supportive and collaborative. They asked pretty direct questions, and the whole thing felt lighthearted and professional.
- What aspect of marketing do you find most enjoyable?
Technical Individual Contributor
The interview and hiring process is really long, it can take months! The decision making process is slow (glacial). It's also a "Spanish Inquisition" and/or team type of interview, meaning you'll probably be interviewing with one or more people. HR is heavily involved in the process, almost to the point where the hiring manager doesn't have much control over who gets interviewed. There are usually multiple interviews with a manager/team lead and other employees on that team.
