Applied online and then had two 30-minute virtual interviews focusing on behavior. The whole process took a long time because it was hiring season. The interview wasn't hard, mostly behavioral, but there weren't many positions, so it wasn't easy to get an offer.

Had a quick call with a hiring manager-- just asked basic behavioral questions. Then a few days later was invited to interview in person (pre-covid). The interview was pretty laid back-- just asked to talk more about my resume and then asked questions as I was talking. Asked about my strengths and weaknesses and how I was at working on a team. The interview was very conversational but don't mention anything that you don't know well enough because you think it'll make you look good because they will ask you to expand on it

We went over my resume and asked if there was anything I wanted to add more about. He also asked some behavioral questions. The interviewer was pretty chill and used a script to ask questions. He was a recent college grad so he understood that interviews can be a little stressful.
