I talked to a manager, then two supervisors, then an HR rep, then another manager, then my direct manager, and also had a phone call with another manager. It was a super long process, like a few hours. They did give me water and let me use the bathroom between some of the meetings. A couple of times I met with two people at once. I got a tour of the place which was pretty cool. It was a long process overall, but the casual chats felt like normal conversations. Most of the people seemed nice. The more formal part had questions about different situations, and they wrote down my answers. HR gave me a lot of information, which was different from other places. It was good to get so much info upfront about the company and what they're doing.

There were 2 interviews. The first one they asked a series of questions that required a STAR response. The usual interview questions but they want a different type of response. They are very picky. The interviewer I had the pleasure of talking to asked questions about my previous employer which was TWC. She made it clear that BCBS does not want agents who previously worked for TWC because those agents do not possess soft skills and they have to "retrain" them on customer service. She even asked what are they (TWC) teaching new hires because she receives poor customer service when she calls. Not all agents are like that at TWC and she basically gave me my answer about employment at BCBS because of my past employer.

Applied online. Got emailed a personality test, then a second one. Interviewed 8 days after the second test. Received an email with interview details, benefits info, expected hiring timeline (20 days after interview), and start date (month and a half later). Interviewed with two nice women who had a list of questions. The interview was personable and fun, and didn't feel long. They walked me out and I thanked them. Haven't heard about an offer yet.
