The interview process involved 2 phone calls, one with HR and another with someone from the department, followed by an onsite interview. The onsite consisted of individual 30-minute meetings with the hiring manager, a teammate, and two people from partner teams. This was a non-technical role and it was a great experience, taking about 2 weeks from application to the end of the onsite. Everything went as planned, with the recruiter keeping me updated on the next steps. The interviewers were nice and efficient. Even though I didn't get the job, they let me know within a week of the interview as promised.
