The whole process took about two weeks. The team was upfront about everything. I talked to HR after each interview and they were also upfront. I wasn't totally clear on what the job actually entailed, so I pulled out before they could give me an offer.

The interview process included three separate one-on-one interviews, each about 4 hours long and spread over two days. Additionally, there was a phone interview with an HR representative. All interviews used the STAR method, where I was asked to describe a Situation/Task, my Actions, and the Results. The interviewers consisted of the hiring manager, a peer of the hiring manager, and someone currently in the role. The HR representative also gave a great overview of the company and benefits. Everyone was professional and made me feel welcome.
