Data Scientist
I sent in my application online, and about a month later, someone reached out to set up an interview. It happened a few days after that with the hiring manager and a team member. It felt pretty relaxed, like a chat. They didn't grill me on super technical stuff but instead asked about my past work and how I'd deal with certain situations. It took a couple of weeks to hear back with their final decision after everything was done.

- Can you describe your experience?

Customer Service Representative
I had a zoom interview with two people. The whole thing was only 30 minutes, and some questions were really strange and not related to my experience or the job at all. They were nice, but I wish the interview was longer and more in-depth so we could have talked about my strengths for the position and my past work experience that could actually help with the job. I don't think you can really get to know a candidate in just 30 minutes, so the actual questions only took about 20 minutes.
- How would you go about filling a room with basketballs?
Account Administrator
Applied and got a call from a recruiter about a week later. Had a phone interview a few days after that. Then had a second round interview two weeks later, and they said they'd make a decision that day after all the interviews. After that, I heard nothing for over a month! I emailed and called several times, and they just kept saying no decision was made. Finally, after more than a month, they called to say I didn't get the position. Super long process!!
- What makes you want to join BCBSKS?
Broker Support
The process was really long, taking about 3 months. They initially said I'd hear back in 2 days, but it actually took two weeks for them to inform me that someone else was hired. I was pretty disappointed and never got an explanation as to why.
- Can you tell me about your background?
