First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Blue & Co..
Accounting Clerk
The interviewer started by asking me to walk them through my resume. Then they asked me about specific experiences, skills, or achievements listed on my resume. After the resume review, the interviewer asked me to give a brief overview of myself. They also asked me why I am interested in their company specifically.
- Do you have any questions for me after we reviewed your resume?
Accountant
I had to wait in a quiet room until they called my name for a one-on-one interview. Everyone was nice, but it felt a bit different. The interview was scheduled for an hour, but they asked so few questions that it only took 30 minutes.
- What led you to discover our company?
Staff Accountant
I met with the audit director at their office. We talked about my qualifications and why I wanted to get into accounting/auditing. They asked if I could handle working during the busy season and if I understood the job duties. I got to ask them questions too. The vibe was pretty relaxed.
- What makes you want to be an auditor?
