We had a thorough zoom interview first, then a face-to-face interview at the workplace. A panel of two people interviewed me: the manager for the position and someone who is currently in that role.

I applied online and after a few days, I got a call for a phone screening. It was unexpected, and they asked about my experience, why I'm interested in admin roles, what I like about it, my strengths and weaknesses, and my notice period and residency status. Then, they scheduled an in-person interview. I had my first interview with two people, and after that, they called within a week for my second interview. My first interview was mostly situational questions, and the second one involved role-playing.

I was called in the afternoon and offered an interview for the next morning. They had me waiting for 30 minutes without an apology. The interview itself was 30 minutes, which felt a bit long for a casual role. That same afternoon, they requested reference checks and a lot of paperwork. I decided not to proceed after how the interview went.

I dropped off my resume at the aged care facility in person, and got a phone call a couple days later to come in for an interview. Management and the CN interviewed me. It was a pretty easy and quick process, and they basically said they wanted to hire me right away.
