The interview process started with a conversation to learn about the company and for them to ask me about my current job duties. Next, I had a virtual interview with my potential supervisor. The final interview was in person at the facility, and included observing the program. It was a pretty good experience overall, even though they wouldn't negotiate on the offer.

I had two interview rounds. They went well except for the compensation expectations part. One interviewer mentioned a salary 20 grand lower than the previous one. They said they'd get back to me after the second interview but never did. It was confusing what to believe. Candidates want transparency, just like employers. A lack of communication doesn't reflect well on a company.
