HR Generalist
Two steps- first with the HR Office Manager and the Director of Human Resources. Next round of interviews was with the entire team. The team is around 7 people so it was a little daunting. Questions were very straight forward except for 2 fun questions.
- Who do you admire the most, and what is the reason for your admiration?
Medical Accounts Receivable Specialist
The interview experience was great. The HR team was super helpful and kept things really professional. They asked good questions to make sure I'd be a good fit. I felt good about it afterwards, like they'd find the right role for me.
- Can you tell me three words that describe you?
Coach
The interview process felt like a sham, as the candidate was already offered the job before the interviews even started. It was a rushed 40-minute session to answer questions that would typically take 2 hours.
- Standard get-to-know you questions.
Paraprofessional
I applied for the job and a couple weeks later I got invited for an interview. I ended up waiting two more weeks for an answer. The interviewers were nice and made me feel comfortable.
- What skills do you possess that make you suitable for this role?
